The Tory's have cut the number of courts in England & Wales by over 50% since 2010. Massive cuts year after year. It's a wonder the Court System works at all..!!

Atrocious - they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to E-Mails, they don't process CCJ's, they haven't got a clue what's going on or how to do their jobs. Should you get through & speak to the court manager, she will put the receiver down on you if you question her. I have been, unfortunately, using this court for 40 years, it's never been good, but never been as bad as it is now. I am now issuing a Formal Complaint on the Gov.uk.website using their online form and would suggest that the more of us that do that, the quicker this court will either be shut down as not fit for purpose"

Was waiting for someone to answer the phone for 35mins, a young girl answered and asked for my claim number, as I was reading it to her she went silent, so I said ‘hello?’ And she responded ‘ok thank you for calling’ and cut the phone. Don’t bother calling, what a waste of time, this girl needs to be fired, complete joke.

Waited over 25 minutes for the phone to be answered. Eventually it was answered and I mentioned the long wait I had. The staff member said, rather pleased with herself, 'Oh, only 25 minutes, usually the customers wait more than an hour' I enquired how many staff actually answer the phone and was told that only one lady has the job of answering the phone each day. Hence, is it any wonder why customers get so frustrated?I wasted my valuable time as the lady who answered the phone said that my claim form did not exist and was reluctant to search for it. I had made an online possession claim, which the lady was certainly not familiar with. My claim did exist, but it appeared that this lady wasn't trained well enough to be able to answer any questions regarding possession applications made online. She even told me that I had the 'wrong court'. However, my paperwork says Willesden Court. Think this lady needs further training in her job and get quicker at answering the phone!

I am yet another unfortunate individual affected by the court system, facing difficulties in reaching the enquiries line or receiving responses via email. Even attending court in person just to obtain an update has proven futile, as no correspondence is sent to the provided address on my claim. As members of the public, we are required to pay substantial fees to access court services, yet we receive no customer service, no answers to our inquiries, and encounter unhelpful staff who seem unwilling to assist. It is perplexing why the government has chosen to reduce staff levels at the courts and outsource the telephone lines. Who is actually handling these matters? The frustration and exorbitant costs associated with pursuing answers through an unresponsive query line are truly disheartening.

Staff answered my call after 52 minutes and she was polite and helpful. Unfortunately court is extremely understaffed and long waiting time is chronic.

Even a single star does not reflect how poorly this court functions. No response to letters and no response to telephone - appalling service. The employees are in comfy 9-5 jobs- they know that as they a part of HMGov Service no one can take legal action!

Absolutely despicable service. It truly baffles me how a government entity is allowed to operate like this. The staff here DO NOT DESERVE RESPECT. They do not answer phones, in fact they pick up just to hang up.'John - Local Guide' seems to be the only reviewee defending the telephone process, this man does not deserve respect and should be banned from the internet. This court have cost the British public millions of pounds across various matters through no other reason that their incompetency. I am 25 English male and striving to leave this God forsaken country, I wish all my fellow citizens the same.
