2 days before our daughter's wedding, we discovered a hornets nest by the entrance to the marquee. I contacted Pestforce who came out first thing the next morning and sorted it. Ash offered to come back that evening to ensure the nest was no longer active. The service and communication was excellent and I would recommend them.

Was highly impressed with the professional manner in which my problem with carpet moth was dealt....Ashley explained clearly what he was going to do & was respectful of my property. Happy to say problem solved...I only wish I had called him much sooner! I then called on Ashley's expertise again on behalf of my elderly parents who had a rodent problem. PestForce we’re able to get rid of a very bad fly issue we had from our extension being built. Having just called pestforce to enquire about a treatment for our mouse problem I want to recommend them based on the advice given and honesty, he said it sounds like we are on top of the problem with are own trapping ao to continue and we should get there without a professional.So I would say that this is a great company who has your best interests.And if I can't get control on my own I will 100% use them to deal with the problem.

From the first conversation with Ashley, to Donald's last visit, Pestforce were excellent. Ashley took lots of time to explain the process over the phone so we could decide on the way forward. Donald was absolutely lovely; calm, professional and clearly knew his stuff. And most importantly- our rat problem was resolved! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ashley is friendly, knowledgeable and responds quickly to texts and calls. We were slightly sceptical at first as the problem worsened after the first treatment visit. Apparently this was to be expected and, right before the second treatment visit, the problem vanished completely. We've had no issues since and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley.
