Very Friendly Staff helpful and courteous. I booked a holiday with Travel Agent Beth Newbury. Beth was extremely helpful polite and knowledgeable a credit to TUI. I also purchased some currency. I was served by Terri who was also very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend TUI Bridgwater to others and I will be using their services again.

All the staff in Tui Bridgwater are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable from the off.We have booked through Beth and will continue to do so because, honestly, her knowledge is phenomenal! She also really listened to what we wanted as a family and put our little boy at the forefront of our holiday hunt.Lastly, sometimes trying to find a holiday can almost become a chore but Beth made the whole experience exciting, straightforward and a pleasure.Thanks Beth!

So our holiday, with another provider, was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. Wanting to arrange an alternative I called the Bridgwater team and within the hour I had a new holiday booked with no stress, no hassle and most important no worries of it going wrong. Two staff helped us and both were exactly what we needed to get what we wanted and needed without hassle. Thanks Bridgwater team. Always trust TUI!

We booked a holiday though Beth recently and process from start to finish was stress free. She was able to advise us on child friendly hotels/destinations and tips for travelling with little ones. She knew the area very well and recommended some great excursions for us to do. Every time we popped into Tui the team have always been very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend them!

We headed into the Bridgwater store as we had an issue with our booking which was completely our fault. Vicky the store manager didn't hesitate to help us out, she was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed our problem with a near on 2 hour phone call to another department and still had a smile on her face once it finished. I would highly recommend TUI Bridgwater! Absolutely brilliant service
