Harvester Trentham Lakes Stoke
Visited this Harvester before a football game at Stoke City. There was plenty of staff working trying very hard to serve all the football fans looking for a quick drink or bite to eat.When we entered we found a table easily despite the amount of people. The service we received was okay considering the amount of people in the pub at the time.Food came out reasonably quickly and the quality was great and tasted amazing.I'll definitely visit here or another harvester again as the food and drink options were great.

Amazing food tonight my partner said his mix grill 1st class. My son said his rib eye steak was amazing. Will definitely come back. I had chicken skewer, which was lovely

Good experience here on Sun for breakfast. The menu has plenty to choose from, from sweet to savoury. There was a little bit of a wait, but that was to be expected food arrived hot and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be returning. the only improvement I would say is it would be a lot easier if you could make your own hot drinks as can be a long wait if staff are busy.

Was served by a lovely lady called Deb, who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble and she was knowledgeable about the menu.Mum had a gammon and chips, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had a halloumi salad, which was freshly made and delicious. The salad bar was fresher on one side than the other, so we went for the fresh side.Overall a quite pleasant experience.

We were excited to bring our son for breakfast with Santa but were left disappointed with the experience. Santa (who I presume was a waitress who drew the short straw) made no effort to speak, smile or interact with children which I thought was very odd, awkward and not magical at all. Gifts were not offered, we had to go back and ask for them.The food however was lovely and our waitress Lynda was fab. I would go there again for breakfast but I'll definitely be avoiding a Santa breakfast there next year.

Harvester - Faulty Towers comes to mind - We were greeted by a lady with no name badge, then as we had someone with a disability we pre-booked requesting a booth, which un-named lady told us we couldn't have one. On taking us to our table we walked past two empty booths when we asked un-named lady she said they were already pre - booked. The waitress then took our drinks order but left her tablet on our table which we thought was odd she didn't return for it, after 25 minutes of waiting we asked if we could have our drinks and salad bowls to a new waitress, she then advised us that the last waitress went on her break. When the waitress came back from her break she seemed to be quite nice, clearly there are some issues at this site with management, the salad even looked drained and dry. To add insult to a disability, the 2 booths out of 3 remained clear for the duration of our visit. This is the worst restaurant for service and our total visit was 2 hours 20 minutes.Food - the soured cream looked lumpy and yellow, when we returned it the Chef" secretly disguised as a waitress advised this is how soured cream is meant to look

Came for dinner as I was staying at the holiday Inn express, the food was delicious and the salad bar was good (I wish it had sweetcorn), service was ok. It was also very busy. Overall, I think it's a good restaurant

I love going to Harvester. There are fewer of them now but they are still great family restaurants to go to.We had ordered:Fish and chipsBbq ribs - full rackBbq ribs and half chickenFishcakes and chips.The Fishcakes were very good. The chips were not freshly cooked.The ribs and chicken were tender.As always the unlimited salad is great.
