Cotswold Carpets

Had a bloke come out to measure up and give us a quote on Monday. He said we'd get the quote the same evening or the next day. Its now Thursday evening, they're closed, and after numerous phone calls to them, we still haven't been given a quote. We've just moved into a new house without suitable flooring and need something put down asap, so the delay in recieving a simple quote isn't exactly appreciated.

What kind friendly competent staff across both stores in Moreton and Chipping Norton. Thank you. Anyone looking for a carpet service, you could not find better than this firm.

Excellent flooring establishment, first rate choice of goods and services. The staff are friendly, helpful and obliging. I would recommend Cotswold Carpets.

A warm welcome from the staff. They have a vast range of carpets, vinyl flooring and laminates. Choosing your favourite could be a lengthy exercise but there is no pressure from the sales staff who remained in the background until required.

Terrible customer service ,the wrong quote was sent us.I was blamed for the mistake by a very rude member of staffWe emptied all the rooms to be carpeted only to be told the estimate was wrong so ended up with no carpet at allTotal waste of time.Would never recommend.

Cotswold Carpets did a fantastic job of laying Karndean and carpet in our new build house. They were very efficient to deal with throughout and we are thrilled with the results. Many thanks!

We ordered a wooden floor with the specific request that knots, infills and irregularities would be minimised. We were offered rustic flooring with the promise that by ordering extra and sorting the planks, this would help to achieve this aim. We ended up with a floor, which although it was well laid, had far too many of the features we specifically said we didn't want. The company was informed by the fitter that we weren't happy as the laying progressed but they ignored this.We should have been advised that prime grade board would meet our needs but when pressed, they said that they weren't experts!! We asked them to replace the flooring but they refused.If you want a wooden floor laid to your specified requirements, DO NOT use this company.
