Truly terrible service, item ordered 13th October, arrived poorly packaged and missing parts. Terrible correspondence regarding the matter, eventually picked up on 7th December after various vague updates and chasing. 10 days later I still have no refund and they wont respond. AVOID THEM!!

This company are extremely good, a cable I wanted was a problem.But Liam Mitchell sorted it out, a few enquiries and low and behold he found the correct cable which I now have in my possession.The customer service is second to none.I cannot praise this company enough what they did for me, well done all at Mowers & Spares.

Very disappointing, I ordered a new mower from this company, I used it for around 3 minutes and realised it was not suited to my needs. Mowers and Spares have said they will only take it back if I pay a 25% restocking fee and cover postage, so over £100 in costs, ridiculous. I emailed them questioning this and they did not even do me the courtesy of a reply. Make sure your 100% about your order!

Placed an order on the 8th of July for a clutch cable for a lawnmower, it finally arrived on the 29th October, which was 3 months and 3 weeks after I ordered it. This was after I was told via email that it was out of stock and should be available within 3-4 weeks!I have to admit that this is truly the worst service I have received from any company, not only due to the time it took to recieve the part but the fact I had to keep chasing the order myself.A quick email from the company with an update on the order status and an explanation as to why it would be delayed would have been appreciated and saved many frequent emails to their E-Commerce manager.Hopefully this feedback can be used to drive an improvement action for future customers.
