This was my first time trying on dresses and Vicky was absolutely amazing.I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment.I loved every second of it, What an amazing experience!Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress. xx

The Bridal Room is perfect customer service from start to finish :) After trying a couple of big wedding stores, I was losing hope on finding a dress i loved and never found the experience that enjoyable. I then booked a last minute appointment for July at The Bridal Room and from the moment we arrived to the point we left (Beaming, after finding a stunning dress!) was the best experience. Lorna was amazing and just naturally makes you feel at ease. From a short conversation she could tell exactly what i wanted (more than i knew myself) and even got me to look out my comfort zone which clearly paid off. It was like talking to a friend but of course with the knowledge. She made it easy and enjoyable and I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like she really cared about getting the right dress as much as i did. We even had a brief facetime with Vicky to get measurements spot on. Clearly nothing is too much for them and they have a passion that clearly shows through. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a personal and memorable experience. Thank you so much Lorna and Vicky. I cannot wait to pick up my dress and book an accessory appointment ;) xx

Visited the bridal room yesterday, first time ever trying on wedding dresses and came to take advantage of their fabulous sale. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable, the owner is a lovely lady that's very friendly and approachable and makes you feel comfortable and you don't feel judged in any way. She knows exactly what she's doing and I came out with the most stunning dress. They have something for everyone with all tastes, very happy that we chose this shop to be a part of our wedding journey

I had such a great experience with Vicky. With only 2 months to plan our big day she helped me find my dream dress and went above and beyond. Vicky is so friendly and knowledgable, she helped me find a seamstress for my alterations and plenty of other little bits I wouldn’t have thought of.The shop has such gorgeous dresses and accessories, what a gem to have found!

My experience at this shop was not as nice as the others. Although I said yes to the dress, I felt rushed and kinda forced to finish the appointment after 50 minutes (booked a 90min session).Not long after choosing the dresses that I wanted to try, I have been asked if I tried other dresses and my answer was positive, the next question being if I liked any dresses and I answered that I liked most of them but especially 2. I then tried the first 2 dresses and did not like them and Vicky didn't seem very happy about this making a comment that I kinda know that my favourite dresses are in the other shop. To this I replied that I'm open to trying more and I not rushed by time. Anyway, after 50mins I was told that I was running out of time and I can have a chat outside with the girls to decide if I want to purchase the dress I liked the most. Because we all liked the dress I decided to say yes to the dress. I cannot fault my purchase, but I cannot recommend the bridal experience. I felt rushed and I could tell the owner was unhappy that I liked other dresses in the other shop located in the same town.

Vicky and her lovely daughter made our whole experience perfect. Vicky is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what style would suit my daughter and we bought a wedding dress that was 100% perfect for her. Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended, thank you. ❤️
