Ryan is your guy!!I went into Hyundai without an appointment but having already inquired and popped some details online I was handed over to Ryan to go through some options. Such a warm welcome from Mo firstly and Ryan was equally as welcoming, I was offered tea/coffees and wasn’t left waiting once. At one point, Ryan went to collect some paper work and Mo and I had a great conversation which meant I wasn’t left waiting alone. I was given lots of information, options and Ryan was very knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Nothing was too much and I was advised of all my possible options for a car that suited myself and my 4 year old son. I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service, the knowledge and the efficiency from Ryan was outstanding. If you ever want a car from Hyundai, firstly I highly recommend their range of cars and offers but the customer service is really where they really excel. I wasn’t pushed or rushed to make a decision and I had contact immediately upon leaving, I left with no questions or doubts and Ryan’s communication has been excellent. I’m really looking forward to collecting my new car this week.

I went into Hyundai with my father-in-law to do the paperwork and collect his new car. Our experience of the staff at Hyundai and Ryan in particular has been fantastic. He has taken great care throughout, to explain everything and make the process as smooth as possible.

Ordered my new motobility car through Wessex on Penarth road and couldn’t be happier with the service. The first visit there I received great customer service from Jonathan who walked me through everything and helped me pick the car. I was told there would be a wait for the car and would be contacted at various times with updates. I was kept up to date via email and telephone calls and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived earlier than expected. I picked it up today and honestly received excellent service, from signing everything, handing back my previous car and even an in depth show of the car and its features. Jonathan was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for me on my visits. I will definitely be going back come my next renewal based on this experience. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! From the moment we walked into the garage & met Jonathan we were impressed. Friendly & approachable, he answered all our questions about Hyundais participation in the Motability Scheme & gave us everything we asked for & more!He wasn’t ‘pushy’ at all, called us back when he said he would & we were delighted when he found us the car we wanted which was immediately available!He guided us through the application process & was reassuringly kind, clear & professional throughout.We can’t praise him highly enough, all that remains is to collect the car in a few days & drive it away!Thanks Jonathan!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Wessex Garages Hyundai, with Jake. He explained everything thoroughly, no questions were too much and even helped with the insurance as this was all new to me. Recommended by my son who has a motability car via Wessex Garages Hyundai and I am very happy I took the recommendation. 10/10 for customer services from Jake. If anyone is looking for a new top of the range Hyundai i10, I recommend they speak with Jake as he is fantastic. Two i10s in the family now via Wessex Garages!

Great service from the first visit to taking delivery of my new Ioniq 5. Jonathan Roedemer was knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs and source a suitable vehicle. After service has been spot on and I would definitely use Jonathan again.

After a long wait I collected my new car two weeks ago.Jonathan's customer service was excellent throughout the process. He kept me informed at all times and answered any questions I asked.On the day we collected my car Jonathan explained every aspect of the car with great patience and nothing was too much trouble for him. He exceeded all my expectations and was very understanding when I could not collect the car at the recommended time even changed his hours of work to ensure a smooth hand over.Had a small blip with the car and on ringing Jonathan it was solved within an hour.I would recommend Jonathan to anyone who wanted a friendly knowledgeable sales person.

Ryan was brilliant from start to finish. We test drove our car with him and at no point did we feel pressured into the purchase. We felt nothing was too much of an inconvenience and felt open to ask as many questions as possible. An enjoyable car-buying experience throughout. Dog had a great time too!

After a bad experience with another dealership in the area, I went to Hyundai and happened to speak with Jonathan who was really friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions honestly, clearly and succinctly which was a big help as I've never gotten a car before. There was no pressure at all when I was deciding on what car I wanted, a colour, etc... Top service - I'd definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking into getting a car especially if it's your first car

Yesterday I picked up my new car from Hyundai Garage on Penarth Rd.I have been dealing with Jonathan Roedemer from beginning to end. Jonathan made the whole process go effortless from initial visit to right up until yesterday.He explained everything and I mean everything I needed to know about the car and all its 'gadgets'.I cannot recommend him enough.
