Aguulp

I hadn’t been using Aguulp for a few months, I was contacted by their customer service who was very helpful and generous with a discount that I could apply. The service and product is exceptional in my opinion.

Took money for separate orders even after their website kept crashing, with no emails telling me the orders had actually gone through. When I realised what had happened I immediately cancelled the subscription, yet they have again taken payment this month. I've gone into my account and it shows as cancelled, so why are they taking my money?! My bank say they can't help as it's down to the company, but it seems to make no difference cancelling with the company!! Awful customer service, no way to talk to them on the phone, just a contact form or email address!

Dreadful customer service. It isn't a chatbot who deals with the questions/issues submitted but it might as well be. The discount offered on first order wasn't applied - maybe my error I accept -but when I asked for it to be applied/refunded I was told it was against policy" and I had to pay to return item and then repurchase so not only extra time but postage too. So I am just returning it and will definitely not be buying again.The blurb sounds good and v customer focussed but the company demonstrates none of its stated values in its actual dealings with customers from what I saw."

I've been using 'Aguulp for Immunity' over the last few months and I have to say, over the winter months when I'm usually ill every other day (slight exaggeration), I feel better than ever so have to give this stuff some serious credit!

Nothing but great experiences with AGUULP! From helping my gut to the testing service to the great customer service I’ve received, I cannot fault this company. AGUULP is very much part of my everyday life now and can’t see that changing anytime soon. I look forward to seeing how the brand grows and trying the new products.

Have only good things to say about the quality of the products and the health benefits I've enjoyed (mainly gut and pre/probiotic). There were a couple of issues with shipping at the beginning, but when I brought this to their attention they rectified the situation the very next day. Great customer service. I continue to be a happy customer even thought I don't need to take the product as often as I used to. Would definitely recommend.

I have suffered from IBS for years and I've tried so many different remedies on the market but none of them worked. I then saw an ad for Aguulp on Insta and after 2 weeks of taking them my bloating is massively improved already which other products haven't done so I'm very impressed. I will continue the months subscription and if the results continue as they are doing I will be ordering these again and making them a permeant part of the my daily diet. Also can i just say all the reviews saying the taste isn't pleasant then they need to get a grip, try adding it to a smoothie or juice drink if you're that sensitive to a little shot of something that can make such a difference to your health. It not a justified review by saying you don't like a the taste of something. Anyway rant over i would recommend anyone suffering from IBS to try these out for a month and give them a chance. Well done Aguulp for producing a product that actually works.

Why does Aguulp have no human contact, there is no telephone number were you can discuss an error! I have submitted several questions to the company with no response or acknowledgement whatsoever! They are OK taking you're money but don't want to discuss any issues...Joke

So overall I would say I could easily recommend Aguulp. I tried the GUT version and weirdly it's also reduced my cravings for food likely the l glutamine in the product. Don't expect a miracle but pleasently surpirsed that I have less bloating overall and I haven't changed my diet. I think overtime once they become more established i would recommend reducing the price point of offering offers as many of the active ingredients can be bought cheaper but for convenience it's a great product.
