Appalling level of customer care in their service department. No common sense shown,the computer says no so it should be no. Won't be going back,avoid if you don't want hassle.

Great staff in the sales department. Totally let down by exorbitant finance rate quoted by useless Stellantis finance company who force the dealership to prop finance through them first and then decline finance to someone with a credit score of 996 out of 1000

Terrible customer service from one staff member, has no idea what customer service even means, despite the fact they mis diagnosed a fault on my own car, which I later had to get another garage to fix, I gave them another chance, however much to my regret, I called in to ask about a fault on my wife’s car and just wanted to know if it was still safe to drive, the person I spoke to stated he was not a mechanic and I would have to book the car in which would have been fine however he didn’t even have the decency to go ask a mechanic for me as to whether or not I should drive it any further, he didn’t even bother getting off his backside. We bought two cars from this place when it was owned by Thurlbys who had excellent customer service skills. This interaction has left me losing faith in large company’s who are only happy when they are taking your money, my service plan is now cancelled and we were due to buy two new cars in the New Year, we certainly won’t be going back here.

Local Vauxhall dealership from where I live, very very professional conduct from all members of staff, all services, Mots and general work carried out on my car is done to a high standard. Courtesy car always a good standard, very happy customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone
