Did not enjoy my experience here.staff just stood chatting and the girl who served me looked at me as if I was wasting her time when I tried to chat a little bit. No smile or customer service at all.The place was filthy, dirty tables and floors. I will just return to my usual Costa where the staff are really friendly.

Well set out nice place....... The service I received was absolutely brilliant, so friendly..... No rushing!! Drinks tasted gorgeous and the restaurant was lovely and clean!!!

My first visit here, Good little starbucks. Drinks to a decent standard. Staff super friendly. The place is cool, and hygiene.The building was pretty much brand new.

first time ordering through the app so i was unsure how it worked, waited around the till after placing my order, when the barista “chloe” very rudely asked “are you gonna order or still need time”. i was taken aback by the way she said this, i said we ordered through the app, she then snapped and said “well if you dont tell us you ordered through the app we wont know”then put our drinks on the counter and walked away. in no way was she polite or even approachable. her approach to us was very aggravated and overall rude and i feel there was many better ways she could have asked.

Love place! Always sit in the round window seat it has such a great vibe!!! People behind the counter and generally canny and can mess up but take full responsibility and fix your drink right away! Would 100% recommend this store

I didn't want to give my name, so the server decided to get in a huff about it, I don't appreciate staff being disrespectful towards my rights.The GF panini was cooked within the plastic bag it comes in, I mean what on earth are these staff doing, you can't cook it in the plastic.. this could have made my partner very ill, also just look at the state of this GF panini, this part isn't the fault of the staff but, the company itself, ripping off its customers. Total cost for a miserable experience was around £17.. we won't be coming back to this place again, let alone the brand, very unhappy, this was supposed to be a treat and was just a disappointment.
