Boux Avenue

Purchased a hoodie set from here! It was pretty great. I love the length and the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is. It keeps me warm, looks great and is sooo soft. The quality is excellent. It’s not cheap or thin. And makes me look cute!!! Washed it and the colour didn’t fade and the material is still soft and warm!

My 15 year old daughter went in to this shop to get measured and buy a bra. They said they were too busy to measure her but sold her the bras which obviously didn't fit. Won't be using this shop again.

Shop mainly for the boxes makes the gifting of the pjs look a lot more special

Normally love this shop first time I've been in since before lockdown. Not a nice experience sales team normally so helpful avoided you like you were a carrier. Usually never leave this shop without buying something this time walked out without a purchase.

I had a bra fitting today from Rachel in the metro store.She was very patient, spent a lot of time ensuring I got the right fit and explaining how the bra should be fitting(never been told certain things before.

Visited today to return items that did not fit and the customer service was shocking. The woman who served me didn't even say hello, didn't ask why I was returning the items and just made me feel like a general inconvenience. Why do companies insist on employing people who seem to hate dealing with customers? I certainly won't be shopping here again and have shopped here regularly in the past. Absolute disgrace and left a lasting bad impression to my mum who noticed the bad attitude too.

Thank the gods I was pointed to this place. My daughter is a funny soze and they had plenty of her size in. And pretty styles. Which is a god send to her as she normally has to buy bland/plain or ill fitting bras. But they had her tiny size in with matching cup size.

My partner was trying some clothing on, when she had it on, she obviosuly wanted me to come and have a look so she could get my opinion, which everyone does, i went to the door and i put my head in the door. Within a few seconds i had a women with black hair come over and aggressively tell me to move away. I told her i wanted to see what my partner looked like and she told me we couldnt go and have a look? Bearing in mind, this was the first changing room and every other room was behind me, my head was fully in the door where my partner was, so there was no chance that i could of seen anyone else that might have opened the door behind me. Which was the workers reason. Like any one else, when trying new clothes on we like to have our relatives/partners opinion but no i am not aloud to go and see my OWN PARTNER. It would not of bothered me as much, it was the fact she was so rude and aggressive about it and she done this infront of other customers. I'm trying to look at the clothes my partner is trying on for god sake, my partner was upset aswell and she put the clothes back that she liked and we went elsewhere, why would we buy from a place with staff like this?. But apparently its okay for the staff to go to peoples changing rooms to give them clothes

Amazing service today...really awkward bra size, tried everywhere for bikinis ended up at Boux Avenue..the lady was so patient and lovely (wish I got her name). Tried every bikini on it the shop, spent 45 minutes trying them on and settled on 2 beautiful ones. Cannot recommend them enough.

Well… the receipt was a bit confused as we got a exchange receipt for a purchase and as there was unfortunately a return … and as the incorrect receipt had been issued to start with … we ended up with a voucher …
