Jess Maguire - Doula & Hypnobirthing
Jess' hypnobirthing classes were great. Lots of information and questions answered along the way. Really found the guided meditations helpful for myself and my husband. Ended up having a caesarean but I was able to make calm and considered choices that were right for me. The piano meditation music was great as we'd used that throughout the classes so it helped me stay calm during the birth of our baby boy and he seems to like it now he's here too.
