Tom and Millie are great people, and they really do great work.

Tom seemed friendly and professional during the first appointment, but then took a long time to actually send us the quote. When we accepted his quote he then was very uncommunicative and took a long time to give us a date for the job. When we accepted the date, and then confirmed 2 days in advance, he cancelled abruptly the day before with less than 24h notice. Our job was a small job that would take only few hours and it seems like he didn't treat it seriously on the same level as his bigger jobs, which is very unprofessional. It's very disappointing that some contractors can afford to and choose to treat clients like that.
