Always found the servers very helpful. Additionally it’s never packed and parking is easy than outside most post offices. If you just need to send a parcel or letter it’s a super location. A cash machine also available as well as an array of groceries and some lovely fresh fruit and veg.

Refused to take my parcels which we're Royal Mail Medium and within all dimensions on the website. Was told don't have enough space. What's the point in a post office that doesn't take parcels.

Very happy to see this place serving as a Post Office once again. However, employees should finally learn very, very basic stuff - things like, Royal Mail pricing brackets, and that 6 grams will not change the price of a pre-paid parcel if it's clearly, way below 2kg, as well as the dimensions are in line. Simple manners and professionalism could improve by a mile - unless the shop doesn't want to lose half or most of their customers. We are already thinking of walking the extra half a mile only so we can avoid a pointless argument as well as being told next time I won't accept your parcel". Also
