An excellent 3 day moderate water course - fun, professional and exhilarating. Mirco is an inspirational coach and we covered all the bases for the BC Coastal SK award. The scenery and wildlife in Anglesey are spectacular. Geth was super helpful - suggesting and providing different boats for me to paddle each day and talking through my progression as a SK paddler. Thanks guys!

We did the Introduction to Sea Kayaking course this week with our Coach Kathy and on the second day we were joined by Gethin too. The sessions on planning were really well explained and the skills well taught. On the first day, Kathy took us through 3 bays, building our confidence and showing us the beautiful seabirds and coastline. On day two, we developed our skills more and went on a great.trip along the coast, finishing with some training on rescues. I had a great time, and will definitely be back.

The two day Intro to Sea Kayaking course was brilliant. Dave and Cathy (our instructors) were very knowledgeable, great at coaching and ensured that all on the course had a great experience.I enjoyed it so much that I booked onto another course before I'd even finished the intro course!

I had a fantastic weekend. The coaches were friendly and supportive. They managed the different levels in the group perfectly so everyone felt appropriately challenged and inspired.

Coaching was exceptional. The right amount of challenge & support which was adapted as conditions changed or I ran out of energy. For me it's all about feeling safe and that was true of every minute on the water.The best feedback I can give is that I am inspired to keep going with my kayaking journey. Thanks Gethin, you are a legend.

I did the two day Introduction to Sea Kayaking.Geth is super friendly, funny, and very personable. Highly attunded to individual needs. Great coaching and adept at covertly nudging you to play.The first day we dipped in and out of rocky nooks, around islands, and through little gaps - I hadn’t expected this and felt very fortunate to have had the conditions, and support, to do something I perceived as challenging for my level. Geth’s expertise afforded me with the confidence to give it a go. We also saw seals bobbing up and down within five meters.On day two we were joined by Jo. She also keenly observed what I was up to and advised on how to better use the paddle and my body to be more efficient. She was also very calm and considered.The sea skills provided me with an awareness of all the factors that should be considered when planning a trip. I’d want to practise planning trips further, with a group, to better understand all the factors.I’m interested in taking kayaking up for the social element as well as being able to explore the coast. Geth is very well connected and keen to encourage more people to join the kayaking community.I was particularly interested in the strategies used to bring attention back on task - essential skills when you’re taking people into potentially hostile environments. That was appreciated.I’d like to try the same level again. It’d be good to have time to consolidate what I have learnt after a bit of time to think and read up. I’ll definitely be back.

Adding new techniques and a growing smile throughout the I to to Sea Kayaking 2 course. Very well led by Kathy and Dave. If you want to paddle on the Sea safely can't recommend highly enough.
