We have a 4 bed house that was in need of significant redecorating. We've been working with Rebecca from Northwood for years now on other properties and she was, as ever, very professional in helping us get the property to a very high standard. Once completed, Rebecca found us a range of high quality prospective tenants within one day! She then dealt with all the checks, paperwork, deposit etc and ensured our new tenants moved in happily at the right time. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Northwood, and Rebecca in particular, if you have a property to let. We were kept informed at all times as to what was going on and, despite the odd emergency certification required, Rebecca dealt with any problems quickly and professionally. We now have really good tenants in all our properties so a big thankyou to Rebecca and all at Northwood!

Northwood recently acted on behalf of the vendor when I bought a house in Crossens and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Anita and Tom are both very professional and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. We encountered a lot of delays and issues getting to completion but they both dealt with them quickly and patiently and were very responsive to emails.

Northwood had the advantage that if my house didn't sell, they could also act as letting agents for my property instead. They were easy to deal with, very competitive on their fee, provided good communication and the sale went through with no problems. I would strongly recommend them and especially Tom who handled my sale. :-)

I would highly recommend Northwood estate agents Southport office. They were competitively priced. Did excellent photos for the marketing and acted professionally from start to finish on the sale of our house. Tom was particularly excellent and covered every aspect of the sales process, not only on this sale but also on the sale of my mother's bungalow. An extremely personable, professional estate agent who maintained excellent communications with all parties involved. Tom should be recognised as a 'full blood' Estate Agent as he is way more than just an 'administrator'.
