Online banking options are adequate however do not ever go into this branch! They have 2 cashiers max open, even if its the busiest time of the day with a queue running out the entrance. AND this isn't the first time this has happened either. They told me to wait 5 minutes, im here now and its been 25 minutes. Asked staff about this & was told to wait longer without apology. Shocking it has not improved or hired more staff to fill empty cashier desks.

Very very helpful!i had some fraud problems with my card and they sort me out with my money back in less than 24hours !the tall guy from the branch(don t know his name)was spot on quick and understanding aswel the branch manager!cheers guys i am really happy to work with u!!

Me and my husband had an appointment today with Manvinder to open a joint account. I'm an NHS key worker who took time off in the morning to get to this appointment and my husband being an NHS key worker aswell booked off annual leave. We was told his of sick and no phone calls was made to us not to attend our appointment. So ridiculous. The customer service here is ridiculous. Surely your staff here need to be trained more when situations like this happen other members of staff being able to take their spot. Worse Bank ever. Do not open an account with this branch in walsall.
