From start to finish excellent service. Completed any repairs to the car and full mot and service. Honest gentleman really helpful. I liked the six months warranty with all the contact numbers should you need it. I would highly recommend riverview cars to anyone.

Went to view a car for my daughter, her first little run around and from the moment we stepped onto the premises we were treated extremely well. I explained that we had been done over by a different garage recently and was very wary ( I realise all garages are not the same) Paul was very open about all the questions I asked and gave upfront honest answers, he's extremely friendly and welcoming. No pressure buying or felt the need to buy on the spot. Paul explained the warranty details well, which garages to use etc ,kept us upto date of every move, mot, paperwork and collection was smooth and effortless. Paul is very easy to deal with, we had a problem with the car the day after we picked it up, and a hose had a tiny hole in despite it being fine on my test drive a week earlier. Paul couldn't have been more apologetic we dropped it off the next day for the repairs. Very pleased with the overall service.

I’ve not used a dealer before as they seem to be a little more expensive than private sales. After much searching and deliberation I agreed a price and bought a car from Riverview Cars. I must say it was a great decision. The car is superb and with 6 months warranty it’s worth paying that little bit more for piece of mind. I realised that if you buy privately as soon as you drive away you are on your own and if anything goes wrong it could cost you a fortune. The 6 months warranty is a massive bonus, not only that but the car was given a fresh service and 12 months MOT, collecting the car was easy as it is 5 minute walk from Newton Abbott train station, it was cleaned like new for when I picked up. I found Paul who runs Riverview really friendly, genuine and easy to deal with, he seems to really care about getting his customers a good deal and offering good advice, when I initially looked at the car he wasn’t pushy and just left me to it. He even offered advice for the next car I was off to look at. He was quick to respond to calls and emails, I can thoroughly recommend Riverview cars and the service from Paul.
