Cannot recommend, I'm afraid. Their tea is watery, to the point where there's barely any tea taste. Additionally, their drinks are WAY too sweet. They add a minimum of 50% sugar, they told me, whereas every other bubble tea place can use 25%. I tried their Ci-Tea milk tea and couldn't finish it as it was way too sweet.

Service was quick, very large portion of buba but found the rainbow flavour to tastes almost chemically, maybe was all the different tastes together but wasn’t the best.

For bubble tea lovers this shop caters a variety of flavours and options. This shop is located in the heart of Cardiff city centre. Efficient and friendly staff. The overall experience was good. Do expect a waiting line at the counter if visiting during weekends.

One of the best bubble tea places I been to. I love that they have special drinks for different seasons/occasions. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. There is quite a snack collection in there as well. It is a bit pricy but that is just bubble tea for you.

this was the best taro bubble tea i ever had. however, the cashier (man) 1/11/2023 was extremely rude. He acted like we owe him something. i dont think im going there again

Would just like to give a shoutout to Nina, who clearly puts her all into her job. Even when they were incredibly busy, I noticed her still giving exceptional customer service, asking how people are, etc. but impressively without compromising time — the queue still kept moving. Even with large families, where ordering can easily become a pain, she still was incredibly friendly and patient — and all of it seemed genuine. We got to have a little chat with her later once there were no other customers for a short while, and it was really nice to hear her positive philosophy and willingness to make people’s day a bit better. I haven’t got much experience with bubble tea places, but this was certainly a very positive experience and we can’t wait to return once we’re in Cardiff again. Thanks Nina!

I never leave reviews but I came in today and got served by a lovely blonde woman. She complimented my nails , then gave me the best jasmine milk tea I’ve ever tasted in my life. Thank you so much next time I’m in Cardiff I will definitely be back !

I bought a matcha millicrepe.When I went to the cashier to pay, they didn’t even bother to look at me as if I wasn’t even there. After 2 minutes she finally came to me, I payed for the cake for 3.50£ since there was a 50% off even, and, they gifted me an ice cream for free which was nice.The taste of the millicrepe wasn’t the best, the matcha flavour inside was quite nice, but, the crepe itself tastes horrible, it didn’t have matcha flavour at all, combined together was not worth the money.The mango ice cream that was gifted came with boba pops which was quite nice at first but it’s too sweet to finish it all.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this shop because of the quality of the products.
