Unfortunately we booked these clowns for a race visit recently. One star for each driver sums it up...the rest was a shambles. Return booked for 5-30.. finally arrived an hour later. Fortunately we had used the restaurant so were allowed back inside to wait ..or we would be freezing outside for an hour...it's bloody cold on that hill at Hexham racecourse! Lesson learnt pay the extra and book Stanley Taxis in future .

This company is a shambles we should have learnt our lesson the 1st time we used them. 1st time we ordered a minibus they said didn't have one so could have 2 cars ok BUT what turned up 1 car and a minibus unbelievable. Then 7 of us going to a party ordered minibus a car turns up so the driver had to radio for another car. The 1 star we've rated is for the drivers really nice guys. So both journeys ended up costing double the price quoted.

Feeling “not at my best” after three days in hospital, I rang for a taxi home. The receptionist was very understanding, and arranged a taxi quicker than I expected. The driver was very helpful making sure I was comfortable and drove in a swift but gentle manner.I’m so pleased I was recommended to use HENDERSONS

One of the best taxi services I've ever had to use. Promt, you get a WhatsApp message with a map of where the driver is and a text when they turn up.. Ideal if they turn up at wrong area

Brilliant driver, great laugh. Only called Henderson’s because I seen a empty taxi go by and the others wouldn’t pick up 10:14. Will definitely use again.
