Charlie has been absolutely amazing in ensuring I got the right car of, I cannot thank him enough, he is a super star. Charlie was brilliant in handing our new car over to me, he explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend using Shelly's Epsom for all your car needs and I can not recommend Charlie highly enough. Took a test drive in a Kia Sportage on 13/11/23. Darren from sales clearly explained the difference between the different model variations ie: petrol/hybrid/plug in hybrid, Gt. Gt Line S and showed us around the features of the car. We really liked the car we drove, particularily the blind spot cameras but unfortuately we decided it was too big for our current needs. The whole experience at Shelly Motors was excellent, the showroom was pristine and the sales approach just right for us. Sorry the car wasn't right for us, thank you Darren.

Purchased an XCeed. During the test drive both myself and my wife mentioned it was pulling slightly to the left, and asked for this to be looked at before we collected the car.The sales service by Jacob was excellent throughout, including a full rundown of all the technology in the car.However, on driving home (1.5 hrs away) we noticed the slight pulling to the left was still there. When we took the car into a local tyre centre the 4 wheel tracking showed it was out on three of the four wheels and was advised this would be the cause.We were obviously not pleased but when I phoned Kia and spoke to Mitko he sorted it out very promptly agreeing for the local tyre company to undertake the work and they would refund me. I had the work carried out that day and after forwarding the invoice our bank account was refunded immediately.I always maintain any company can provide good service when everything goes right but a good company sorts out a problem promptly and positively. This is why that although we were naturally disappointed the work we identified had not been carried out the customer service in getting it sorted was faultless.

I was very happy with the service I received. Jakob was helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I needed and was not pushy. I would definitely recommend him. Excellent customer service I could not of asked for better. Thank you for helping me find the car I needed that ticked all my boxes.

Terrible! I was helping my Dad buy a used Sorento. We went to a main dealer for assurance that he would be looked after and the car would be as expected. We paid a deposit, collection day came and my Dad was very excited, he'd had a pretty bad year due to family illness so this was a big deal. Upon arrival the car was presented to us, it was an utter shock. The car was dirty, had paint runs from touch ups and also had what look like auction stickers/pen marks on the windows. When we expressed our dissatisfaction we were told take it or leave it, no apology. They finally agreed to help find another car, nothing was heard from them again. This is no reflection on main dealers in general, only Shelly Motors Epsom.

Sales team cannot be faulted very thorough and helpful. Test drive was a very good experience and no pressure put on us at all. Sale went through quite cleanly with no issues.However when I picked the car up it had a chip. Which I noticed on the way back (it was raining) this was not even 5 mins after picking it up. Spoke to sales associate who said they would sort it out. Unfortunately the company who was supposed to fix took over 2 months to do so. My issue was the chip appeared in the head up display unit where you are not allowed to have anything in your view. The chip was repaired but could still be seen we ended up using our insurance and paying £125 to replace screen.After sales team doesn’t exist and despite countless emails I was never told if they would at least pay the out of pocket expense. Shelley motors needs after sales team and not put pressure on the sales team who already are so busy.I cannot say my experience was awful but paying an additional £125 out of pocket for something that wasn’t my fault and hadn’t been checked properly is a bit unfair in my opinion.My feedback is have a dedicated after sales team who reply to emails and phone calls as often my emails were unanswered.

Ellie was very kind and helpful from start to finish. She talked through the options with me without any pressure, and made it easy to have a test drive. I was kept abreast of progress having ordered my car. My handover was kind and patient! I hope that my further interactions are as pleasant and straightforward!

Credit where credit is due.. The service team here are fantastic and really helpful. I had a warranty issue with a new Niro and though it took a few weeks to narrow down where the fault was, the process to fix was methodical and completed as fast as reasonably possibly. Would go as far as saying definitively the best service support I’ve had. My only feedback would be having to wait 6 weeks for an appointment wasn’t ideal but otherwise, 5 star.

Ellie was fantastic from the 1st day when ordering my new Ceed. She gave me a great price and was contactable whenever I needed to speak. Picked up the car today and I'm very happy with my whole experience. Thank you, James

Smart, large (and well air-conditioned!) showroom, with a good selection of new and used models on display. We had a test drive with sales exec Chris who was easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the models. Unlike some dealerships, it is in a quiet road where there is often parking outside, so there's no need to play car Tetris". Would recommend."
