I always thought sports massages were supposed to be painful until I met Katie! She has a way of making you feel very comfortable and explains everything she is doing which is helpful for people like myself. She’s very professional and knowledgeable and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing sports massage, cannot recommend Katie enough. I was a little lopsided and I didn’t even realise and after a massage I had much more movement just from that one treatment. She is so welcoming and professional made me feel really relaxed. Will defiantly be going back.
