We used Ewart Price for our first house purchase and were very impressed with the overall experience. Rachael was very diligent and completed the bulk of the searches in the first couple of weeks and was very good at keeping us in the loop of where everything was throughout. We communicated almost solely over email but made themselves available when I did need to talk on the phone and I never felt the need to chase for anything as Rachael was so efficient when provided with what she had asked for.Overall we were very happy with our experience especially given the bad wrap solicitors often get and would thoroughly recommend to others.
