Amazing guys after having first choice drains out who only jetwashed our drain (charged us a bomb, didnt fix the issue and turned up a week late when scheduled!) the drain blocked after a few weeks the guys at red arrow came out with their camera and after determining the blockage was out of our property they contacted the water board and got the problem solved and didnt even charge us! Thank you guys for your help and professionalism i will be definitely using them again!

from phone call pm 13/01 Arron came within the 1.5 hours we were told, sewer pipe was blocked near sewer drain right back up to 1st floor toilet, also blocked kitchen sink on the same line. Arron set up his equipment and within 15 minutes started his generator and blasted the sewer pipe clearing the blockage and then washed down our concrete pathway, re fitted the manhole cover packed up .all done in 40 minutes. Cost 1 hour plus VAT at £114, Fantastic polite professional service Highly Recommend Red Arrow Drains. Called them at 0830, turned up on time. Really polite staff, sorted the problem very quickly and charged me less than the quote as they were quicker than they they thought. Fantastic!

Really great, honest, fast and professional organisation. I've used them several times in the past for my various properties as I'm a landlord in Scarborough and I won't use anyone else. Kate answers the phones and is very nice and helpful, then the guys who come to do the jobs inform you every step of the way, send you photos and also once helped out with an issue that was actually Yorkshire Water's to fix, but they did it anyway so I wasn't just left with an invoice and a the same problem. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing customer service !! Katie was so lovely, she gave me advice for future problems if they were to happened.Great lads they were out like a shot and had sorted it in under an hour !!! And it was really bad!!!I'd spent 3.5 hrs with rods and got no where !!!Would highly recommend could not speak more highly of othe secive I received .
