Used website and then rang as needed a new dishwasher. They emailed a list of available models with all the relevant detail and was able to order by phone. Went into shop to pay. Overall very friendly and helpful service.

My oven went wrong, so I looked up in ‘Which’ to find out the best cheap buy and none of the firms I knew of, stocked it so I rang Evans. From the moment I spoke to the man in the shop I was reassured. This is a really good firm.Literally within days the oven has been delivered and I put it in. Evans service was constantly polite, quick and friendly. Having never heard of them before I will certainly use them again.Old fashioned fantastic service. Thank you.

Amazing service run by two brothers that are equally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Efficient and punctual no upselling or pressurised sales of any kind. A real pleasure to purchase my appliance from them and also have my cooker repaired by them. I really have no problem in recommending their friendly service.
