Clients and families can request permission to the online portal allowing access to real time information noted by CAREGivers following each visit. Having worked for other care providers I can honestly say that there is no comparison; Home Instead have the care and wellbeing of each client at the forefront of everything they do with the focus on individualised personal care/companionship.
