We knew we wanted to convert our garage from a garage to a salon with a down stairs toilet , we had no idea how to go about doing such a task , Tom came round and after doing the drawings and showing us a number of layouts for the room , just like the the job was compleat and we are over the moon with the final results !! He considerately listened to us and with a wealth of knowledge and vast experience he has in this field, carefully detailed our options.After much thought, my Husband and I decided on Mr.Faulkner’s innovative way to make more space in our home with minimal change to the footprint. Working with Tom to design our triple garage extension was a superb experience from start to finish. His previous experience of builds in the past means he can offer brilliant practical advice which is invaluable when working to a budget as we were.He even sorted all issues around planning and got involved when we needed to work with adjoining property to agree the final plans.

I Can’t recommend Tom high enough. He designed a single story extension for us.We were very pleased with the drawings and design which he came up with using our input.He then looked after the building control side of thinks and also arranged our structural engineer.All round he provided a fantastic service.

Tom and his team did a large (3 month) renovation of our house when he was designing and building. The job was done on time and with fantastic attention to detail. His communication with us and consideration of what we wanted to achieve was brilliant. His vast experience of building is invaluable in practical design and long lasting quality.
