Good range of products but every time I've been in I've experienced some of the most arrogant and rudest service I've ever encountered. I get the feeling unless you spend thousands in there every week they simply don't want to know. One guy even became aggressive after I asked for advice regarding what floor to get given my budget. Get some people skills you morons.

BL flooring Bristol has brilliant staff, brilliant stock levels plus very convenient. Trade only I believe but highly recommend for any floor layers out there

I agree with Luke Duggleby, DON'T use.I've bought thousands of pounds worth of flooring from them and because they have a new computer system in place and can't find my details they won't deal with me. With this kind of service I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very unhelpful staff. They seem to be more interested in give customers a hard time than suppling them. Maybe I just got a bad apple when I called them but really..... unbelievable.

Don’t waste your time, trade only not interested and the guy behind the counter was really rude and unhelpful and just glared at me, from a quick look around the products looked cheap (own brand stuff) and the engineered flooring samples were really poor quality when asked about the quality in thickness of material 3-4mm difference I was told that was normal, I really wouldn’t want a trades person fitting any of their stuff in my home or place of work. Apparently their was a note on the door that I completely missed and I was asked didn’t I read the note on the door and he wasn’t even going to talk to me. Note to BL Flooring thiers always someone else.

Always very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Trade only and will not deal with Joe blogs which is good for us in the trade.

After reading some of the reviews, I was expecting to be shouted at and thrown out of the door. I can only assume that those reviews were written by people with unrealistic expectations; this is a Trade Counter, not a retail shop. It isn't staffed to deal with people asking inane questions while tradesfolk (for whom time is money) wait to be served. If you have a reasonable idea of what you need then you will be delighted with the choice of floor coverings and ancillary items. The guy who served me was polite and helpful and provided me with a sample card for Altro flooring to show to my clients. I was looking for non-slip vinyl flooring and I was not disappointed - if you can imagine it, they can probably get hold of it.
