BLS Truck and Van Aberdeen

The past 6 months or so service has improved immensely. Always get service with a smile and they are always willing to help. Keep it up guys.

Van in today for airbag recall and vibration investigation. In at 08:00 out 15:40. Turned up at 15:15 after a call to say it was ready to then wait 30 minutes for paperwork". I was now late for a meeting so went to the desk to ask as I heard the service chap some 10 mins previous say

You cam only speak as you find. I found Michael O'Neil to be super helpful and the deal was great.

Had an electrical problem with my motorhome. The motorhome is built using a Mercedes as the base vehicle. The electrical problem was with the Mercedes vehicle and nothing to do with the motorhome conversion.Contacted BLS as my local Mercedes van dealer. Lorna on service reception was excellent, friendly, polite and efficient.Sent Lorna photos of the error message from the dashboard display and she organised some contingency materials for use in the repair should they be needed on the day when I took the motorhome in for fault diagnosis and hopefully repair.Dropped the motorhome off in the morning and the fault was diagnosed and repaired the same day. Motorhome handed back error free.Excellent service. Very happy with BLS and in particular Lorna on service reception.

Driveshaft support bearing damaged, They managed to fit us in a short notice so we could continue our motorhome holiday, very friendly staff from mercedes benz commercial workshop.My temp repair in pic and then cv joint clips added.

Good attention by all staff seen and helpful although they couldn't fix the fault as they did not have failed part in stock.Keith Ewan their service manager was most helpful and understood we couldn't wait for part to arrive as we were on holiday travelling south the following day.

I bought a used van from these guys. Ryan was good and helpful and Mike Donaldson too. Van should of come on the Wednesday but was delivered the following Thursday I did understand the reason why and was informed. I did have a little problem after the van arrived but they went out there way to put it right. I would have no problem buying from these again even if they are 460 miles away which can be a little of putting at first but no reason to let it put you off. Thank you BLS

Asked for a trade in price on my car. Was told would hear back at the start of the following week. Heard nothing tried calling salesman's mobile no answer and no call back. Terrible service
