Needed a part for my washing machine. Ordered online and collected at the trade & customer counter on Honeysome Industrial Estate. Staff were really helpful. I have used them on a number of occasions and never had a bad experience. 5* service

Item arrived quickly. Sadly parts didn't fit so I had to order from elsewhere. Service was good. I didn't contact them so I don't know if they would have replied to my email.

Good on delivery; lousy on returns. Do not respond to emails to the Sales team or to ‘contact us’ form. And the website etc does NOT include a telephone number, which is unacceptable re customer service and after sales service.

I purchased 2 Cooker Knobs from this Company as their website clearly stated that the items would fit my model of cooker. When they arrived, the knobs were different to the original and would not fit. 3 messages using their 'Contact Us' form got no reply, so I emailed them using the email address that they used to send out their order confirmation. This time I did get a reply and was asked to return the items.After a few days KGA did refund my original purchase price, but didn't refund my postage costs incurred in sending the items back to them. I messaged them to explain that Distance Selling Regulations specify that as the item was 'Not As Described' i.e. not suitable for the model of cooker that they claimed it was suitable for, that they were responsible for the return costs. They replied claiming that as explained on their website

This company only has a returns procedure for unopened items returned within 30 days. This is no doubt due to the low quality of the parts they supply, contrary to their slogan. Item fitted for a customer who called me back within a few months when the part failed. The company initially responded as if I'd asked where my order is and assured me that it will arrive soon - a common deflecting/time wasting tactic. No refund, not even an apology. First and last time I use this company. Expecting the usual dishonest and face-saving public response...

Goods never arrived, sale processed via OnBuy who emailed KGA asking for assistance..KGA sent a curt reply that the goods had arrived...clearly not interested in aftersales service. Money lost?

My order for replacement parts for my old VAX upright hoover were despatched in quick time and within 36 hours were installed in my Vax. What a transformation it was like buying a new machine. This company certainly likes to give customer satisfaction, fast turnaround and quality parts. Thanks.

This is a warning to anyone who cares about their money. These are scammers. I sent the broken goods back. (I already can proof it, I send every delivery bills to them…) But they don’t want to give me my money back. The other reviews reflect my negative experiences. Don't buy here! They will scam you and you will see your money never again. They don't care, they will ignore every question and any answer by every email or chats!

Perfect staff and very good management indeed.When there’s problem there quick to fix it and there will definitely go there again.This is my favourite place ever I’m very sad when it’s closed.❤️

I cannot recommend this company enough. Anytime I've needed replacement items, they've always helped me out and sent me what I needed without a problem. Their product knowledge is excellent. I will not entertain using another company.
