Beautiful Apartment with Fantastic Views, Unfortunately we had issues with our Apartment at level 26 which had an Unpleasant Strong Smell In the hallway, informed A rude Staff at the Reception Who Came up to tell me the Waste Shoot had not been Emptied, This got Unbearably Worse three days later.Underground parking Where the key fob did not work to open carpark Shutters, resulting in leaving your car at entrance and Walking 50 yards up the road into the building and taking lift to basement and manually over riding the system to let yourself in, intercom at the carpark with no Answer, Complained about it upon our Arrival, Three days later issue not resolved, Only one key fob, Very Disappointed as this was a weekend break with Family to relax and enjoy.

Brilliant stay at the Meridian Tower in Swansea marina. Our apartment was on the 16th floor with amazing views and everything one could possibly need was well catered for. Recommended

Amazing place with a pretty view of the city and sea

A male staff at the reception is very rude, he won’t allow couriers to enter the building to deliver parcels to the flats, I was buzzed in by a resident, he shouted OUT in such a rude, disrespectful way, I was just trying to do my Job, he told me to wait outside and call customer to come down and take package, customer refused to come down and reception guy wouldn’t let me take it to the customer’s apartment, in the end I had to take the parcel back to depot. I was really annoyed with the attitude of the reception / security guy, very rude and stubborn
