I concur with other reviewers, there is one receptionist in particular, who goes a long mile out her way to be rude or extremely unhelpful she has left me feeling , unsettled on both occasions. Seems like she has been three for too long and beyond any kind of action . As we all know Mr GP offers no real avenue for patient feedback . In my experience with this particular receptionist you can be as nice as pie and she will still find a way to behave in a bad way .However many of us are studying systems and points . There will come a time when cover ups willNo longer protect bad behaviour in practices . Regardless

Only on the day appointments, you need to phone at 8am and you won't get through. No online booking system. Useless. Am moving to another practice.

I have given 3 stars for the amazing doctors I have spoken with. One in particular Dr Neimah such a kind, understanding amazing lady always supportive and gentle. Absolutely love and feel so comfortable with her. However I cannot give 5 stars for one of the rudest staff on reception. I called over a wrong misunderstanding over a medicine review which I already had to be spoken in such a rude awful manner quite a snooty tone talking down to me telling me if because she refused to let me explain and told me IF YOU LET ME SPEAK so so awful. This lady is not right in this job . Never came across such rudeness from what sounded like an educated lady but clearly not with manners or kindness! Patients already have issues and to be spoken down to in a horrible condescending tone is not fair and really can affect people with depression or going through trauma etc etc. Please train this lady in manners and kindness and patient services or remove her from this job. I'm always scared to call up about anything incase I get get the misfortune of talking to her again. Rest if staff all lovely

Can’t praise them enough, I’ve never had issues with getting a call back on the same day when needed. Only positive experiences with both the Reception staff and the GPs. Really happy to be registered here!

The three stars is in recognition of some of the best GP’s I’ve encountered, empathetic and engaged. The exception. But trying to see these good DR’s is like looking for gold on a beach or some massive piece of land . Obtaining appointments follow ups are always a struggle.I have to retain Minus 2 because of the notorious receptionist everyone mentions , spoken to this auld lag a few times and I’m satisfied that she is very aware of her narcissistic behaviour . Always goes out her way to make basic enquiries difficult then yells out sensitive information for the whole reception area to hear . No sensitivity or tact unlike the other receptionists who are mainly as you would hope themto be in a health setting . Despite the challenges of having had the SNP misusese public money and a terrible parliament who have neglected PH for decades .This aggressive individual threatened in a narcissistic manner to cancel my appointment because I was uncertain I could make it but when she said it was a scarce service I said I would reconfigure my other commitments . However the whole interaction left me feeling out of kilter a bit I suppose that’s how people like that get off . Had to keep blurting out sensitive information. If you have a sensitive appointment or doubt avoid speaking to this receptionist. Must have shares in the practice to have been tolerated and rewarded for this long .

One of the receptionists genuinely comes across as evil. She charged me £20 to reprint a letter that a doctor had previously given me for free. When I challenged her on this she gloated in a mocking tone and was clearly getting a thrill from the power play. I’ve been with the practice for years and have consistently had issues with her. Not sure why she is still employed there. Obviously a very miserable woman.

Sarah H is not fit to be a CPN . I was given an appointment with this non empathetic , unimaginative and intellectually challenged individual. I felt more disempowered, alone and psychology disoriented then I did prior to reaching out for help in the mind.I told her a lot about stuff , after giving her details and being honest about my experiences with racism. She literally just told me it must be to do with my culture. However there is f a on my records that says I’m from a different culture . Other then that was sarcastic through out especially when it came to being off hand about waiting lists . The sooner we can find a way to bankrupt s n p and the sp from their miss use of public funds the better we will all be .

Only had wonderful experiences here. Receptionists are polite and efficient, answer the phone within a few rings and direct my query quickly. The doctors I have seen in the last couple of years have gone above and beyond with their compassion, listening ear and advising on certain tests/treatments. The personalised care I have received recently has been so gratefully received. The nurses are so kind and friendly, always make me feel comfortable and deliver a high standard of service and care. Thank you to the entire team.

Incompetent, lazy doctors, with no intention of preventing disease or fully investigating issues you may have. They have zero intuition and follow strict narrow-minded, outdated systems and procedures that can be detrimental to your overall health. All in all, I would advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Love yourself enough to be seen by professionals that are passionate about their job, and are willing to take any of your concerns seriously.
