The staff was very helpful and attentive. Lovely items. I just wish there were more patterns available. Worth a stop if you're a Denby fan.

Criminally bad customer service. Explained that we were kitting out our new kitchen, the full works , dinner set for 8 people, cutlery, kitchen knives cookware and glasses. The two ladies serving could not have been LESS helpful, complete and utter disinterest in helping in anyway.... oh well ladies your and your employers Denby's loss... we went round the corner to Le Crusest they were very welcoming and excellent help, and have benefited from a £1200 plus purchase on the day.

Couldn't care less customer service from miserble woman... Item out of stock on shelf but could not be bothered to check stock room or provide alternative or explain if she knew for a fact not in stockroom. Left me feeling annoyed by laise affair (not sure of spelling) attitude. I found item on Internet in the end so what is the point of the shop? If you can't be bothered, neither can I!!
