Wanted to love this place but was ultimately disappointed.Communication was bad from the start, then a 5 months wait for a class. We weren’t told rings couldn’t be a certain thickness until the class, which was to short to complete what we wanted. Then no communication on the delivery of rings, having to wait over 9 weeks for them. Save yourself the disappointment

Placed an order on 17th December was informed that it would be delivered by 21st December. Still haven't received product nor have they responded to my two emails asked when it will be delivered. So now I'm double out of pocket because I had to go and find another Christmas present last minute. Definitely not buying from them again.

I wasn't pleased with purchase. I returned and got a full refund. Description wasn't clear so they refunded. Felt too light to be full silver. I was pleased with customer service though so gave an extra star.

Ordered a personalised necklace as a present, was sent a bracelet by mistake but I didn’t realise until it was gifted. Had to return it before they would do anything about it. When returning I pointed out that the lettering wasn’t very good on one of the letters, it looked a bit smudged, they said they’d have a look into it. Received the exact same necklace back with the same smudged letter. Hard to recommend.

I've bought my wife a few things off here- the quality is normally great but the last item didn't live upto my expectations at all. However, their customer service was excellent, and they didn't relent until they had fixed everything and re-made the jewellery to the standards we expected. We'll happily continue shopping with them

I am leaving my original review here for context below, but I am happy to say that Posh Totty have since rectified the situation and seem to have made changes to the way they handle their business.----- OLD REVIEW -----While Posh Totty have great jewelry designs, the staff and the way they operate is completely unprofessional.We ordered two rings back before Christmas, and the quality of the etching was very poor - letters were all in the wrong position.To their credit, Posh Totty were very keen to redo the etching, and so we gave the rings back to the Islington branch and told we'd receive them back in about a week. But little did we know that we'd be entereing a month-long smoke-and-mirrors discussion with Posh Totty trying to track down the status of these repairs.It was extremely difficult to get a straight answer from Posh Totty. Every representative from the company we spoke to gave us a different story. Some said just wait a few more days and you'll get your rings"

Myself and my partner attended a ring making workshop here and were more than pleased with the outstanding service. The class was lead by Peter (not sure of spelling?) who was an absolute joy to craft with.The shop itself is very charming. We had a chance to look around and admire the beautiful, unique peices of jewellery.We are both super excited to unwrap our rings when they arrive.Thank you!

I bought a personalised birthstone ring here and I'm really pleased with it. Several months on and the gold hasn't tarnished and the inscription on the inside is still very crisp.

Excellent customer service and communication. Jesie went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered on time. The quality is top notch and presentation perfect. Highly recommended.

Have had 2 orders for birthday presents both beautiful and gratefully received. The second of my orders I had a 3 day express delivery and you did not disappoint. Perfect gifts for special friends
