AVR installer, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and very patient with me and was able to point out all the pro’s and con’s of the choices available to me. He never kept me waiting and although the products and service were of the highest quality I found him to be reasonably priced, so I have no hesitation in recommending AVR.

Called Kev to sort a wasp problem in the roof of my kitchen extension 2 weeks ago, came out twice to put down the poison, not seen a wasp since! Very friendly and approachable. Knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

I had a sky engineer come and they were unable to resolve a problem. I phoned Kevin for an independent opinion. He came to do a site survey on the same day and came back the following day and sorted the problem. I can't thank him enough!

A 100% 5***** Service.Called Kevin to discuss a problem with my Mum's TV and he kindly explained that it may not be an aerial issue.Called in same day to assess the problem and with it NOT being an aerial issue (after thorough testing) found a faulty joint/plug on the cable and that the TV was tuned to the incorrect transmitter.Problem resolved within 1/2 hour and job done perfectly, professionally and politely.Keep up the great work & service, you're a credit to you many many years trading.

The Whirlwind that is Kevin, arrived as planned, at short notice. After a thorough check of the TV system, he identified the issue withing 15 minutes confirming only a faulty signal amplifier & poor tuning as the cause of the pixilated screens. He confirmed no replacement Aeriel spend. Replacement amplifier completed within the hour, system restored, TVs retuned and cost significantly less than expected. An unexpected pleasure.

After having limited freeview channels (10 at most) for years which lost signal with the slightest sight of bad weather, after trying to solve it myself I bite the bullet and phone Kevin. He came out and gave me a quote. He explained everything that needed doing in language I understood rather than using technical jargon. I had a new aerial fitted and now I am spoilt for choice now with full range of Freeview channels. Throughout Kevin was professional, friendly and cleaned everything up and made sure I had a good signal in every room, he was very thorough. Customer service skills was 5+ ⭐ all for a bargain price too. Thank you. I would happily recommend.

Called a.v.r at 10.30am with a tv signal problem. He came round at 3.30pm .to diagnose the problem. With his knowledge and experience he found the problem within 10 mins .fixed in 30 mins. very good professional service. And price would highly recommend cheers Kevin very happy customer .

Had Kevin from AVR to advise and quote on a new aerial and my TV mounted on the wall. Came Monday and quoted and job was completed on the wednesday!! Great work TV picture amazing and the quality of wall mount far superior than the one I was going to attempt to do myself!! If you want anything doing like this then my advice is dont mess about speak to AVR and they will do it as you want and professionally with no fuss or mess ( even hoovered for me LOL ) Thanks very much highly recommended
