Overall, very positive experience of using Taxicode. The service was very quick to book and easy to select the price that you wanted. When I needed to book in a rush at the airport on my return, the mobile site was very user friendly. My only complaint is that when needing to contact the taxi companies directly i.e. in order to provide additional details or cancel the booking, the numbers were sometimes incorrect or it was not possible to get through to them.

OUTRAGEOUS CANCELLATION POLICY! AND A NO SHOW!This company is a middle man for normal taxi companies. It takes your money before it actually secures a car/driver. When they can't find a car/driver, they cancel or don't turn up READ ALL the REVIEWS. Taxi didn't arrive, taxi company had no knowledge of the booking. Left in the middle of nowhere, 23:00 on a Saturday. Received an email 2 days later confirming a refund, but no explanation. Having just read all their terms and conditions, you lose a huge chunk of your money if you cancel the request, at anytime. Best solution - just phone the taxi company direct:save time, money, hassle and maintain flexibility.

The drivers for both our journey to and from the airport were on time, easy to talk to and the cabs were clean and tidy We paid at the time of booking so we had no hassle trying to find the correct fare. We will be using this great service again.

The booking system was straightforward. The taxi arrived in good time for both the outgoing and return journey and we were kept informed of their whereabouts leading up to their arrival.The driver was friendly and polite, and helped us load and unload the luggage.It took the stress out of getting to and returning from the airport for us and we would definitely recommend this taxi service!

I booked this taxi service to take us from our hotel to the hire car company in the next town. The driver turned up a few minutes before the booking and the car was clean. I'd booked a return journey and we had the same driver who knew exactly where we where. All in all an excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

I normally drive myself, but own car had let me down at the last moment, so had to find a taxi for a return trip to the airport at less than 24 hour's notice. The web page made it very easy to book and pay, and confirmed the booking almost immediately. On the day, the driver turned up right on time. For the return trip from the airport, he had been monitoring the flight and noticed it was a little early and was waiting for me at arrivals. Car was good, driver was very friendly, helpful and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on this experience.

Excellent service. We had a funeral to attend, so booked on-line in advance. The taxi arrived promptly (in fact, a little before time), and got us to our destination in plenty of time. The driver was courteous and very efficient, and the taxi itself was very comfortable and ideally suited for six passengers. I'd highly recommend this service, and would certainly use them again if the need arose. Last, but by no means least: the taxi fare was very reasonable, considering the distance we travelled.

Amazing find of a website for taxi bookings. Was booking on behalf of someone else, so was pleased when the vehicle arrived on time, the driver was friendly and drove with care, as there were two young passengers in the vehicle. Will be using again and the price was great value, compared to local taxi companies.

Online booking was easy but I got the wrong day, a quick phone call easily solved this even at fairly short notice. We had a further problem with a 2 hour flight delay and the taxi firm coped well with this, monitoring the flight and arriving within a few minutes of our arrival at the pick up zone. The driver was friendly and cheerful despite the awful weather. I would use them again without hesitation.

Great experience. Easy online booking, friendly driver who turned up on time, pretty much exactly to the second! Would definitely use Taxicode again and would recommend the service.
