Cleaners were more about chatting than cleaning. The job was done to a poor standard despite the fact they had plenty of time. When fed back to the manager she completely dismissed my claim and just blindly defended her employees having no real knowledge of the state the house was left in. Unprofessional, mediocre standards. Avoid at all cost

AvoidRecently bought a house in need of a good clean..can't write every detail here but to cut a long story short.Booked this firm to deep clean my kitchen and bathroom and clean the windowsThree staff took three hours to do the job. There was no deep clean" just a wipe over with a damp cloth everything had been surfaced cleaned and I was still left with greasy unsanitary kitchen and bathroom and streaky dirty windows!Over charged ripped off and mislead... told me everyone is different in their expectations.. surely you can't argue if clean is clean..She refused any refund- I foolishly gave her money in good faith before inspecting her work as she was in her car ready to drive off but said she would come back if needed. She agreed to come back over a week later. By that time I could no longer wait looking at filthy kitchen and bathroom so spent 5 hours cleaning!!"

Had a fabulous clean from Maria today. Came home to a lovely clean house - a real help when I'm so busy! Have booked them in fortnightly and for a spring clean before Christmas. Would definitely recommend.

We are a professional couple working long hours and needed help with cleaning our house and ironing. From the outset Maria and the team have been excellent; professional and reliable. If we need to change plans they are flexible and always respond to our messages quickly. We would definitely recommend them and we are thankful we have found a trustworthy service to help us keep our home looking pristine.

Do NOT book this company. All the bad reviews are correct. Who was fortunate enough to have good service from this company must be either family friends or need strong glasses. I booked them to undertake a deep clean, as im a busy full time working mum and look after my mum since we recently lost my dad. I needed them to do the clean as i wanted to move today......however after inspecting thier work last night I was in disbelief. My husband who was working in the garden and unable to check thier work paid them in good faith. Please dont be taken in by this company. Please check work before u pay. Iv literally cried all day. Iv now had to book time off work to clean it myself. They tuened up half hpur late and left half hour early. Its all on cvtv.The floors are absolutly stinking. Nothings been cleaned in kitchen or bathrooms. There was supposed to be 3 people cleaning. Maria promised that she would do a good job and failed miserably. My husband asked one of them to clean inside windows. And none of it was carried out. The kitchen floors haven't even been mopped. I have a list of failures as long as my arm. I also have photographs and videos all date/time stamped if anyone wants to see. Im really contemplating calling trading standards , the ferret and watchdog. Let's hope im last one she takes money off. Or learns how to actually clean. Im so disappointed how someone can do this to another person at such a stressful time.Iv asked for a refund but told no she will send girls round. Iv called and texed her to ask when and been really tidy about it but shes been really awkward and doesn't like being asked to come back. So Maria since your not replying ill take it the girls wont be coming around to rectify the work. Never mind Big lesson learned. #mariasNOTsohelpinghands

Found the details of this cleaning service through Google. After myself reading the reviews I decided to get in touch. I have since had a spring clean and suffice to say, will be booking in for regular weekly cleans.The house looked amazing afterwards and the cleaning was undertaken whilst we were all at work. To now finally get back to a clean and tidy house and not have to do it ourselves over the weekend (the only time we have to ourselves). MHH are a godsend for people like me and it takes the pressure off for keeping the house tidy when we work full time and have so many other things to try and juggle. I have already recommended MHH to my friends and have two friends interested in their services. Highly recommend!

I am so overjoyed with the job the girls have done, I really can't thank them enough. I’ve had three brain haemorrhages and can’t clean my home like I use to. I was embarrassed to have anyone in to clean and thought I needed to clean the house first but they put me at ease and were so friendly and professional. The house is now back to how I use to keep it before my disability. They did such a great job for me, it really means so much for me that my family can have guests over without us feeling embarrassed by the state of the house. It looks wonderful and smells great too! I am planning to have them back to help me keep things in better shape on an ongoing basis. They did a fantastic job. Lovely staff, I highly recommend them.

Amazing service from the girls. After being last minute Marias helping hands were the only cleaning company that were happy to fit me in the next day as it was urgent. No job was too big for them and the deep clean was very thorough. Can highly recommend! 5 star service.
