I’ve visited this store many times as it seems to be the nearest to the children’s hospital but I don’t like the fact it is not pushchair/wheelchair friendly as I really struggle with the steps and no one seems to help.

Very rude staff ,my daughter who’s disabled and also suffering of severe ptsd ,anxiety and panic attacks went to do her shopping this evening with her emotional support dog, after showing the letter to one of the staff the other staff Jamie who’s been at the till decided to point her wiht the finger and embarrassed her public why she’s having the dog . One other staff come out from the till to try fight her even if she was telling them she’s disabled and she need her dog to do the shopping and showed them the letter they decided to make the wors experience for her today . She’s in hospital now because she can’t control her panic again . Co op in St George road ,kemptown

Good quality food, and lovely staff, its just quite on the small side, and when its busy its hard to get down the aisles. Also although wheelchair users can use the shop there isn't alot of room to navigate around the shop especially when its busy.

I wouldn't even give then one star to be honest.Placed a order via ubereats for this store which when ordering through ubereats from there store there princes go up through the roof but that's not issue but due to this I expect to get good quality food packed for me.In my ordered I ordered strawberries for my son who is 5 years old has autism and adhd and really wanted them for them to turned up with best before date of today and look like they had seen better days in no way fit enough to eat and give to my son. So you can imagine the poor melt down my son had no fault of his own. Staff clearly need better training as theses never should have been sent. Next time I go in the store I dont feel I will be paying for strawberries

Doesn't have as much stock as Cliffords or K&A but it makes up for it with no card minimum and constant free entertainment in the form of drag races where you nearly get run over on the street outside. Cookies here are the only thing most of us get as the prices on some drinks are inflated. (cookies are very very reccomended)

Staff are lovely. Can't really help that it's a very small premises in a fairly busy area so it gets very cramped. Plus no self-service checkouts makes for long queues at peak times - feel that's more an issue for Co Op to address. The staff are always helpful, friendly and polite.

Very good but small shop. Has most of the things that you need but not all brands. There's also a cash machine in store. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Only give one star as there is not an option to give zero starI am in hospital and I ordered food from this shop and my order was running late I phoned the shop to ask for my order Only to be told it was on its way at about half and hour still no food called and this time I was told they have no driver and to come and get my food myself even though I made it clear I was in hospital

Down to 1 star. Two members staff, older, female and with blonde/white hair are incredibly rude. They are more interested in chatting about local cokeheads than in serving customers. Wouldn't ever want to say this but they should be replaced with self-checkouts for a more pleasant experience.A very cramped store with limited selection made worse by stocking problems. Staff, on the whole, aren’t great. It’s redeeming feature is the bread loaves available on reduced.
