Imaginations Marquee Hire

We were very happy with the marquee and all the setup. The advice given over the phone when booking was helpful and a good guide to what we needed. The guys that set up and took the marquee down were brilliant, explained the process and gave good clear instructions on how to use the DJ set up on the night. On the night that we used the marquee one of the lights stopped working, I called the helpline and without fail the person talked me through how to get it working and had alot of patience as I did end up calling him a few times, late on a Saturday night! Must say good value for money as other marquee company cost more and didn't include as much! Would use again and would recommend to family and friends!

The marquee was fit for purpose, and even though I upgraded to a deluxe package it didn’t feel very deluxe .I paid for matting to go under the carpet to allow for rain, but this didn’t really work too well and the carpet still got wet after the rain.However I would say the overall service and the fitters that assembled and dismantled the marquee were great and very efficient.

The Marquee was absolutely fantastic, it was perfect. It was a sad day for us with it being a farewell party, but the team were in good spirit. We hired out a marquee from Imagination Marquee. As it was October we also added on a heater for £200, just to be on the safe side as we didn’t want our friends and family to feel cold during the party. Nearer the time looking at the weather forecast it mentioned that it will be sunny. So, I sent an email and called them to ask if they could cancel the heater and refund it or replace it with fans. They were not considerate at all and the lady on the phone kept on saying that she spoke to someone senior and he said it was short notice and they couldn’t cancel it and they can’t replace it as they don’t have fans. I lost £200 at least try and listen to the customers and help them out, not consider at all. It was like make the payment quick quick rushed.

The nightclub package was fantastic and all the guests thought it was a great space to have a party in.It was 2 degrees on the night and I was worried about the temperature but the heater kept us all warm.The admin was very efficient and the installation team were helpful and polite. I would recommend to friends!

Great team. Definitely worth the price. The indirect heaters kept the Marquee warm.

We had a small marquee (3x6) for an 18th birthday party in the garden. Helpful and timely service by the company. The marquee looked lovely and worked well for us.

After hiring a marquee from imaginations. They decided our field looked like a gypsy breakers yard" and refused to leave their equipment. Which would be more understandable if they didn't refuse to refund our £200 deposit. In my eyes the company have stolen this money from us"

Second time I have used the Essex branch of this business and would definitely recommend. Faultless installation and removal and excellent customer service.
