I contacted John to look at my nissan elgrand (a Japanese import). The electric automatic door on one side wasn't working. The garage I purchased the vehicle from (who specialised in this particular vehicle) attempted to repair the issue with no success. I also had some rather unusual in car entertainment tv mirroring requests. With regards to the door I had pretty much written off the prospect of getting it sorted but asked John to have a look anyway. Later that same day I had sent my request, I received a video of my in-car entertainment sorted & working and to my absolute delight the door working also! All sorted-I'm so chuffed. Very professional, efficient and more than fairly priced. Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

John fixed electric window issue on my Audi responding quickly, very reasonable as would have cost a lot more at Audi dealership, plus they couldn’t even look at it for two weeks! John just recently fixed alternator on our Cherokee Jeep , he came out just before Christmas at short notice. He has customer satisfaction in mind and he certainly has delivered that both times, very happy- we will always call John if we have a car issue.

I am so glad I phoned john . I live miles away. John came out to me and sorted out the problem I was having with blowing fuses and also the wipers not working on my Morris Van. I needed to order a wiper motor which John fitted after it arrived the following week. The price he charged was really good and nothing like I thought I would have to pay.John is friendly, knowledgeable and an all round lovely bloke and I consider my self very lucky to have found Cundy Cross. He could have said I was to far away but no, he went out of his way to help me. Thank you John, and l will be using you services again and whole heartedly recommend Cundy Cross Auto Electrical. Had a problem with my airbag warning light. Garage unable to fix the problem but gave me John's number. Called to the house (when he said he would) and found the problem. Sourced the sensor and came back to fit within a week of finding the initial problem. Would highly recommend and would give more stars if possible. Excellent service.
