Jackie and the team at Key Principles are really knowledgeable and very helpful. They supported me through a recent rebranding exercise and have taken measures to improve our paid ad spend results, whilst looking at search and putting a plan in place to drive additional organic traffic to our site. Key Principles
We took a PPC day course with Key Principles and it has been a great success for our PPC accounts. Terri Foster, who run the course, took time to understand our objectives and goals and created a bespoke course agenda to suit our training needs. Terri is an excellent presenter with wealth of PPC and overall marketing knowledge and experience. She helped us make big and small improvements to our accounts which had a direct impact on efficiency of our account. Lovely group of people who have managed to steadily get to know our business with regular meetings and increase our enquiries which we were so lacking. It’s difficult to find people to trust in modern marketing with so many claiming to know about Google ads, SEO, eshots etc when they really don’t but Key Principles have proved they know what they are doing. We’ve been working with Jackie and her team at Key Principles for well over 2 years now and we are impressed! They continue to look for improvements and ways to help us grow our business. Most recently, following a review meeting, we agreed some changes that has finally led to us smashing a long standing target. We’d been stuck on 30 instructions per month for a while.
