Marshall MINI Bournemouth (Service)

Very disappointing service. Just stay away from this branch. After wrong diagnosted twice I faced very unprofessional response and unnecessary costs. They even didn't even tighten the bolt, just left loose the very expensive amplifier as you can see at the picture. This is how unprofessional they are.

I was wary about taking my mini here for its service, due to the other reviews.However, I was delighted by my experience. The staff couldn’t of been friendlier or more helpful. I was kept informed throughout the process, the best service I have received from the big German manufacturers!Look out for Dizzy. She is the star of the show. She deserves a promotion and Mini should use her as an example on how it should be done!Thanks!

Horrible service, ordered part, took day of from work to sort car, came to pick part and they had no clue what part I ordered... it took them almost an hour to figure out what I needed... how can they even call them selves a mini or bmw service.... pathetic...

Really happy with the service and despite the cost of the car issue (my fault) the issues were rectified in good time. Special shout out to Lewis who looked after me and kept me upto date throughout the whole process.

Absolutely appalling service, I booked my car in for a recall weeks ago and two hours before I was due to drop it off I had a voicemail from Mini to advise that they were over booked and couldn’t take it. I was asked to rebook that’s a laugh in it’s self as cannot get through to them absolutely diabolical customer service!!!

The Marshall group do not seem to be learning from there constant bad reviews about trying to contact them for service.Trotting out the I'm so sorry to hear just story line only provides an excuse for poor management and managers not doing there job properly to ensure good levels of service.

Unreal experience here today, staff arguing around us, a member of staff bollocked and sworn at by a manager (guy in suit / probably the manager) everyone in a bad mood slamming things down. This after 3 calls to book in for a quote and then find the details were completely wrong when we arrived. Nearly 1 hour to get the quote, then find my car is boxed in in the car park by 4 cars and get told I should have parked outside not in customer parking. Honestly this is BMW?

Should be able to give zero feedback as 1 star is too much for this place, absolute joke always messed about!

You can never get through on the phone. Ring the Service number,wait for ages the n someone answers and says they’ll put you through to the service department, wait ages again and you re asked if you want to leave a message. Do that and no one will ring you back. This has happened to me more than once. Lots of eager people wanting to help when you’re buying a car but aftercare is hard to organise.

It's rare these days to receive great customer service, to receive excellent customer service is extraordinary. Dizzy at Mini Bournemouth is one of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever met, she's an absolute pleasure to deal with and that's why I recommend Marshall Mini Bournemouth to anyone needing a repair or service to their Mini or BMW.Dizzy went above and beyond to fit my Mini in for a repair, she kept in contact with me regularly, updating me on how the repair was going and when it would be ready to pick up. She's professional, knowledgeable, and brilliant at what she does, Marshall are lucky to have her and I hope they appreciate how dedicated she is to her work. She even offered to scrape the ice off my car when I picked it up!! I declined of course but where else would you find service like that??I left a 5 star review the last time I used Marshall Mini and as long as Dizzy is still there I will continue to leave 5 star reviews and recommend to everyone. I will not take my car anywhere else.A huge big THANK YOU" to Dizzy and the team for fixing my car. Give the lady a well deserved bonus!"
