WORST Chicken shop in coventry,Staff is rlly ruth, know this chicken for about 5 6 years, used to be good before but now it's a nightmare, you cam basically count the chips, asked for mayones on top of the chips, he said it cost 50p, i don't recommend this place anymore.

Not very clean, completely ignored covid 19 guideline.didnt not buy and left the shop. Very poor customer service. Wish could give them negative rating. Will never go there again. And could not see HALAL certificate so not sure if it's HALAL

Ordered from them on Just eat, on Just eat they have a delivery charge of £1.00 which is sensible. After I placed the order they phoned me to tell me that they will be adding an additional charge onto the delivery price that was already stated and then tried to blame just eat for there stupidity. Owner was rude and wouldn't know what customer service is if it him on the head. Worst takeaway in coventry wouldn't bother ordering from them as they will then just ring you up and just double the price.

First visit here not following any covid guidelines no mask from any staff. Asked if the chicken is fresh as you know fried chicken if sat to long gets all dry and hard. He said why you are asking. If I am spending money I have a right to know he knew I knew what I was talking about and said this will not be any good for you and walked away. Makes you wonder how long the chicken had sat there walked away without ordering.

Alright so we ordered from them and we didnot got what we ordered there was order missing and this happened twice with us ordering from them… The man who is attending the calls he is pathetic he is saying i cannot do anything… He is so rude and the way he talks literally awful…. Will not recommend anyone to order from them….
