Ulok Self Storage (FY8)

Great company. I was in need of storage at short notice and Ulok came to the rescue.Efficient, courteous and extremely helpful.I couldn’t attend site to check the lockers when I booked, so I was given a Video tour which was a great help.I was able to reserve 3 units and choose which ones suited me when I arrived on site.Lauren greeted us early on Saturday morning to go through all of the security procedures and help with the units.I only needed 2 of the 3 in the end which was not an issue to Lauren at all.Excellent customer service, simply unbeatable. Definitely my go to storage solution from now on.

Ulok (FY8) have been amazing, very accommodating and very understanding. I called to book a storage locker unsure of what size I needed, the lady on the phone was very helpful and sure enough the size was perfect for all our items. Due to moving a long distance ulok allowed us to gain access after the standard time and it made a stressful day much easier. Cannot recommend ulok enough, thank you very much.

Very attentive service from the lovely ladies at ULOK Self Storage. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed. Thank for the great service. It made the kitchen installation much easier. Wish I could say the same about the actual installation of the kitchen itself!

Very good company that gets back to you asap with any questions you have, they was able to reserve me a unit until the date I needed to move my stuff, a member of staff was there on the day when I moved my stuff in and was able to get me another unit besides, it was a very easy process and the staff made you feel at ease during difficult times. I would recommend ULOK 100%
