Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March.Not only was he super competitive on price, has extensive knowledge on the area and did a fabulous report in good time.But he was also really helpful and patient with all our concerns, even advising us weeks after he had finished his report and been paid.Thanks Dan!

Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney.I would not hesitate to recommend Roskilly Surveyors to anyone requiring a thorough Survey at a competitive price.Thank you Dan ☺️

Dan carried out a level 3 survey on a property for us. Not only is he a very nice person to deal with, he's also very professional and helpful. The survey was extremely detailed and thorough, He took his time and properly inspected the property inspecting every nook and crannies. A few days later we got a detailed and comprehensive report . His fee was very reasonable and fair, we could not be happier.

Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.

Dan has been absolutely fantastic from the moment I first enquired right through to explaining elements of his findings to me after the report was completed. I am a first-time buyer, so I wasn't completely sure about some of the issues flagged up during the survey. Dan was fantastic at talking everything through with me and ensuring I understood. The report itself was also fantastic and provided lots of photos to back up what wad written. Would definitely use Roskilly Surveyors with any future purchases I may have.

First class service from Dan, who provided a full and detailed report with a great selection of images of the roof and chimney having used a drone. This is the first time we’ve seen a drone used for this purpose, and for us it really made all the difference.After receiving his report, we had some questions. Dan surveyed a house for us that was in need of total renovation. The survey was very thorough, the report was very clearly laid out and easy to understand (and included some very useful drone photographs). Our follow-up call with Dan to discuss the report was extremely useful - he was able to recommend appropriate processes, materials and local specialists. Although the house was a major project, Dan was able to offer re-assurance and some great advice. Thanks Dan - money well spent.
