Fantastic service. Appointments tend to be much quicker here than other GPs I’ve experienced. The quality of care is great. The staff are notably above average for help with mental health issues.

The healthcare professionals here are absolutely lovely. I have never met such a kind and understanding GP who really wanted to hear me out. The reception staff I’ve spoken to on the phone are also brilliant. Best primary care experience I’ve had

Receptionist needs to take a course in empathy, you have no idea how to speak to people and your tone is unacceptable. The majority of people here are students and young people, they are vulnerable and come to you for support. It’s not your job to be rude it’s to help provide healthcare. I have never been rude to any staff or reception but have been met with so much rudeness. Not to mention a doctor forgot to refer me for 6 months for my spine! Something that has given me the worst pain in my life. They also forgot to put me on a waiting list for an IUD. After 3 months I hadn’t heard back and called back up - they’d forgotten!Unacceptable health service.

Not sure why the negative reviews. Reception were helpful, of course you have to hold for a while to speak to them but no more than half an hour and that's normal at most GPs. Didn't query the need for an appointment, which was within a week, really friendly doctor who did a great job.

Far better than the practice in my hometown. The staff here are attentive, caring and have escalated issues that my previous doctors neglected to take seriously, and they seem genuinely empathetic and extremely professional. Appointment wait times are very good considering the current issues the NHS face, too. I feel heard and well taken care of here, with measures being out in place to ensure that my health concerns are addressed. I’ve also been here for minor procedures such as the meningitis vaccine I had - it was organised very quickly over email, carried out a short while later and it was all a very pleasant experience as vaccinations go.I have had some occasional difficulty reaching them on the phone, this is a universal issue across the NHS. I can’t say it has ever stopped me from accessing the service as it is so close to my accommodation, but do bear this in mind when calling during peak hours.

Unpleasant man on the phone when I called about an urgent matter and was clearly distressed. Explained I no longer had access to the service as an alumni student, but was condescending… and felt very unaccommodating and was willing to offer any advice.

Been seen a few times regarding treatments and travel vaccinations. I found it easy to arrange an appointment and every service provider I saw was very welcoming and helpful. Maintained good hygiene and mask restrictions.

The service here is incredible, I cannot seem to understand how anyone is giving it a low rating. Due to frequent health issues, I have had to call quite a lot of times over the past 2 years, book many appointments and spoken to/seen many nurses and doctors at the practice. The reception staff are always so quick, lovely, helpful, and always make sure to get me in as soon as they can, and I never have to wait long at all to get at an appointment or to speak to a receptionist, unlike my doctors at home. The doctors and nurses have all been incredibly helpful and useful, always giving lots of advice, have always successfully seen and treated me, while always being very kind and making me feel heard and cared for. In addition, I am not sure how much it is linked to the university health service but the ability to access 1-2-1 in person CBT therapy through the university has been so incredible and I am overall so grateful for this practice!

GPs in this practice are brilliant. I have been seen by Dr Barnsley & Dr Soltani, and both are wonderful. Very conscientious, friendly doctors who make you feel comfortable and are very thorough with any issues. Receptionists are lovely. Definitely recommend this practice.

There have been some lovely receptionists in the past, but my most recent experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was very condescending and dismissive to my situation.I have had to rebook my appointment twice after 2 cancellations and will be waiting 2 months to attend actual appointment while being in pain on a daily basis, provided it doesn’t get cancelled again. The first time it was cancelled 3 weeks after I’d booked, when the appointment was 1 week away. I rebooked and waited 2 more weeks for the appointment, only to have it cancelled 1 hour prior to the appointment.
