Had a fitting with Charlotte and she was amazing. Really friendly and not too much. Helped me pick right size and styles. Perfect and will def return

People don't understand social distancing. 2 customers literally sat on me in store. Loitered for 10 mins to source some help with some products and nobody asked if I needed assistance. Asked myself in the end just to be called sweety and told I couldn't be helped anyway. That was it for me :(

Right in the heart of town, close to the mall. Staff have always been super polite, friendly and not too pushy. Free click and collect from there. Never had any problems. Changing rooms are super spacious

Absolutely love Ann Summers. I mostly get my underwear from here as it's amazing. Also they have a variety of things to make the bedroom a better place to enjoy some fun

Rude staff member, not all just one but as a result I won't shop in the store again. Literally walked out the shop as a result. No wonder why some high Street shops are failing. If u can't give a good experience in store why would anyone go out of their way when they can shop in the comfort of their own home without anyone giving off a bad vibe.

I visited Ann summers Plymouth store on Sat 14/05/22 & I was met by very friendly staff especially Ciara who helped me get the correct size fitting bra . I highly recommend using their bra fitting service as all their underwear is very good quality & sexy too ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'd been browsing the high street shops for over 2 hours and I was unlucky in finding a push-up bikini top when I randomly decided to go into Ann Summers. I was browsing the store and Emma offered a free fitting to find my correct bra size and also showed me a few different styles of bikini tops and bras. They had an amazing sale going on... I ended up buying two push-up bikini tops and one of them was like 2.55 or something ridiculous like that! What a steal and what a great experience! Thank you Emma :) I haven't felt this excited about buying bikini tops in a loooong time.

They do my size but they never have it in stock. Last time I had to wait an hour before someone noticed me and helped me out. Staff was very rude and rushed around, but it’s understandable because they had sales on, yet the store wasn’t busy. Also, while I was looking for bras, one of the staff members standing next to me started swearing “those ******* customers, I absolutely hate them. If you picked something up put it back. Glad there is not many of them today.” And she didn’t whisper it, she shouted across the room to one of her friends by the tills. Products are usually good, yet they are much much cheaper online!!! Can do with some more fitting rooms as there is only 2, and if both of them are occupied you will have to wait for at least half an hour.
