If I could give 0 stars , I would.I booked 2 tours with 2 months in advance. One was cancelled after I contacted the agency because I saw that it was marked as sold out and I didn’t receive the confirmation.They second tour, 2 days before I still didn’t have the confirmation so I wrote an email asking when I would know. Without a personal reply, I received the automatic reply of true cancellation.Don’t count on this for your holidays it might happen the same!!!Unreliable!!!I agreed with the conditions and I saw that another 2 people booked and with me , we were 3 so I propose to pay more for the “4th person” and the response was no response!Surprise that you reply to my comment here.

Excellent. Karl was very knowledgable and friendly as our driver and guide. He suggested a few additional whisky stops which made the tour! I highly recommend Karl and Aberdeen Tours!
