AutoDefence WingTchun - Self Defence

Having never done any form of self defence. I was pleasantly surprised as it was not what I expected. In fact, it was even better. Not only was the coaching professional but the skills presently being taught are not over and above my ability. I am certain my confidence is improving as a consequence. I would defo recommend 10/10

I am so glad I came to train here it’s brilliant! I wanted to learn self defence and increase my confidence. I decided to go on my own and as a quiet person I was a little nervous, but they were so welcoming and relaxed. Darren is really patient and easy going with a professional manner with his coaching. I was totally hooked and learned loads in a short pace of time.

Had only 5 classes but hooked already. Great atmosphere with patient, understanding knowledgable trainer & other students help too. Really good martial art that makes practical sense & enjoyable to learn. First 2 lessons free so give it a try 7pm start Wednesdays.
